Preorder Boutique Policies & Rules
Welcome to the Jack of All Trades Boutique & Salon, where every item and service is carefully chosen just for you! To keep things smooth and stress-free, we’ve put together some friendly guidelines. Please take a moment to review these before placing your order.
1. Payment Policies
• Secure Your Item: To lock in your preorder, full payment is required at checkout. This ensures your item is made or sourced just for you!
• No Waiting Games: Unpaid invoices will be canceled after 24 hours. If you’ve had an unpaid invoice in the past, we’ll kindly ask for payment upfront for future orders.
2. Custom Orders
• Made with Love: Custom pieces like macramé, boutique clothing, or t-shirts are designed to match your unique vision! Be sure to double-check all details (sizes, colors, etc.) when placing your order.
• Patience is a Virtue: Custom orders take time to perfect. We’ll provide you with an estimated timeline, but trust us—it’ll be worth the wait!
• No Take-Backs: Once production begins, custom orders are non-refundable. But hey, they’re one-of-a-kind and made just for you!
3. Shipping & Delivery
• Right on Time: We do our best to deliver your items within the estimated timeframe. If something causes a delay, we’ll keep you in the loop.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are your responsibility unless otherwise noted (like during special promotions or in cases of damage).
• Local Pickup Perks: Prefer to pick up your order? Swing by and say hi when it’s ready—we’ll let you know when it’s good to go!
4. Refunds & Exchanges
• All Sales Final: Once you’ve made your purchase, it’s yours to keep. We don’t offer refunds, but exchanges are an option if the item is in stock. (Refunds will be given if minimum are not met and orders cannot be placed)
• Keep It Pristine: Exchanges are only available for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging…this is if there is items in stock to exchange.
• Shipping Returns: If you’re sending something back for an exchange, return shipping is on you (unless the item was damaged).
5. Damaged or Defective Items
• Oh No! Something’s Wrong? If your item arrives damaged or defective, don’t worry! Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right—whether that’s a replacement or an exchange.
6. Cancellations
• No Backsies: Once your preorder is placed, it’s final. Many items are sourced or crafted specifically for you, so we’re unable to accept cancellations.
7. Product Availability
• Act Fast! Many items are limited-run or exclusive. If you see something you love, grab it before it’s gone!
• Restock Requests: Missed out? Let us know if you’d like to see an item restocked. We’ll do our best, but restocking depends on supplier availability and demand.
8. Stay in the Loop
• Order Updates: We’ll keep you posted on your order’s progress via email or text. Think of it like tracking your excitement!
