Salon Rules & Policies

At Jack of All Trades Salon, we’re all about making sure you have a fantastic experience, every time you visit. To keep things running smoothly and to ensure everyone gets the best service, here’s a look at our friendly salon rules. We’re excited to see you soon!

1. Appointments

• Book It: We love having you here, so please make sure to schedule your appointment ahead of time. Walk-ins are welcome, but availability may vary!

• Life Happens: We totally get it—things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, just give us a heads-up at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

2. Payments

• Pay Your Way: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and prepaid vouchers—whatever works best for you! Payment is due at the time of service, and we’ll make it easy and seamless.

• No Refunds, But…: While services are non-refundable, we want you to love your look! If you need a tweak, just let us know within a week, and we’ll take care of it.

3. Arrival

• On Time, Every Time: We know life gets busy, but please try to arrive on time so we can give you the best service.

• Running Late?: If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or shorten your service to keep things on track.

4. Personal Items

• Take Care of Your Things: We’re not responsible for lost or damaged personal items, so please keep them close and secure during your visit.

5. Respect

• Kindness is Key: Our team is here to make you look and feel your best, so please treat our staff with respect and kindness. Disruptive behavior just doesn’t fit the vibe.

• Feeling Under the Weather?: We love seeing you, but if you’re not feeling well, we’d appreciate it if you rescheduled to keep everyone safe and healthy!

6. Policies on Services

• Color with Care: Color changes and corrections are a big deal! If you’re thinking of making a major change, please schedule a consultation first so we can give you all the right advice.

• Product Purchases: Hair products purchased at the salon are final sale, but if they’re unopened and unused, we’re happy to exchange them for you!
